With an existing strong brand and comprehensive guidelines, the team needed support in designing the vast amount of marketing materials Workiva produces. Our goal was to ensure that, whether created by us or the internal team, the style remained consistent across all pieces. We provided clear design direction, templates, and resources, helping to maintain the integrity of the brand while streamlining the content creation process.

Digital Adverts

After rolling out the new style and creating custom graphics, they needed to translate this design into events and marketing ads to keep customers informed. Each digital ad had to be produced in multiple sizes while strictly adhering to brand and ad guidelines. We ensured that every ad was perfectly aligned with the brand’s visual identity, maintaining consistency across platforms and formats, while also making sure the messaging was clear and engaging for the audience.

Videos

To align with the other materials created and in response to the significant shift in how companies must report due to ESG, Workiva needed a simple explainer to guide users. We developed a series of explainer videos in varying lengths, tailored to different audiences and platforms, ensuring that the content was clear, concise, and engaging while maintaining consistency with the overall brand messaging.
